The project commenced with the removal of the soffit, allowing for taller upper cabinets that perfectly complement the custom kitchen layout. With durable and luxurious quartz countertops, the kitchen not only exudes sophistication but offers practicality for everyday use. Floating shelving adds an open, airy feel while providing additional storage and display options, making this kitchen both a culinary haven and a welcoming gathering place for family and friends. The space blends rustic and modern elements, creating a functional yet stylish environment perfect for family gatherings and entertaining.  A warm and inviting kitchen and dining area, featuring:

Wooden Cabinetry: The kitchen is outfitted with natural wood cabinets that add warmth and a classic touch. The wood tones complement the overall cozy atmosphere of the space.

Large Island: The kitchen island is painted in a contrasting dark green, which stands out against the lighter wood cabinetry. It provides extra counter space and serves as a central point for food preparation and casual dining.

Stylish Lighting: The room features a mix of lighting styles, including two pendant lights above the island and a larger, more decorative chandelier above the dining table. The chandelier, with its woven texture, adds a bohemian flair to the space.

Open Dining Area: The dining table is situated near a large sliding glass door, which provides access to the outdoor area and allows natural light to fill the room. The table itself is wooden and surrounded by black woven chairs, which add a modern yet natural element to the design.

Textured Backsplash: The kitchen backsplash has a subtle geometric pattern, which adds visual interest without overwhelming the space.

White Hutch: The white hutch on the right side provides additional storage and a display area for dishes and decorative items, further enhancing the home's farmhouse charm.

Modern bathroom remodels emphasize sleek design, cutting-edge fixtures, and luxurious amenities. Our modern bathroom remodel service offers a seamless fusion of contemporary style and functionality. This includes clean lines, minimalist fixtures, and innovative materials. From state-of-the-art LED lighting to space-saving vanities and high-tech faucets, we prioritize efficiency and elegance in every detail. Our goal for the master bathroom was to make better use of the space. The original bathroom had a small acrylic shower and a large jacuzzi bathtub. Our plan was to create a spacious walk-in shower, relocate the toilet, add a double sink vanity, and maximize the available space. By moving the sink wall over a foot, we were able to accommodate a 72-inch vanity and create a spacious doorway. The toilet was relocated and repositioned for added privacy. We designed a custom curbless walk-in shower with a corner shower bench and niche. A glass-gridded shower partition was added to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. To add a touch of color and drama, we chose black fixtures to complement the light gray walls and white quartz countertops. The almost 6-inch shower head, along with the handheld shower wand, provides a luxurious spa-like experience from the comfort of your home.
